I was so bored that I decided to draw something for me. I saw Gremlins recently and guess what, this year is the 25th aniversary of one of the funniest horor movie of all time.
My parents brougt my brother and I to the drive-in theatre. We were wearing our pijamas. My poor mother thought that we were going to see something cute and cudly.... WRONG!! OMG! We were so scared, we kept hiding under our pillow almost all the time. But still, we truly enjoyed the movie, even if it gave us nightmares. I WANT A GIZMO RIGHT NOW!!! EDIT: WOW A DD!!! That's what happend when you draw for yourself, for pure fun. And what a coincidence, today i'm adopting a Mogwai! Thanks everybody, this really make my day! GIZMO KAKA!!! From the suggester: "When I saw this deviation I was immediately struck by how terrific it was! I’ve been a fan of Gremlins my whole life, and was thrilled to see such a fantastic tribute to the film on it’s 25th anniversary. The details are so faithful to the original spirit of the character designs, and it drips of the kind of mischief that must accompany those little green monsters!" Stripe looks exactly right! Those eyes are fantastic... and Gizmo is adorable too... just wonderful!
Hard to believe it's been 25 years! It originally came out in June of '84...

I support CH1Z she is a great friend to me dont you hurt her now <333
Or i will hurt you worser >333
It helps when you can watch it twice in a row for both showings, have no TV and was able to get in for free because the theater owner liked you
Regardless... I always loved that movie. Have it on DVD now and still pull it out every so often. Ahh, the memories.

Thanks
Yeah, in the first movie his name was Stripe, and the gremlin leader in the second movie was called Mohawk... I had no idea that they called Stripe from the first movie, Mohawk in French... that's actually funny considering they wound up naming the second leader Mohawk
